This article will outline the steps to refresh your external uploads and custom tables and import data instantly to your cube.
Prerequisites -
To gain access to Automated Reports, you will require Admin Portal access via the (Wrench Icon)
(please ping support@theretailscore.com to be granted access to your Admin Portal - Job Manager)
Steps
- Access the Admin Portal
- Select the Job Manager Tab in the left-hand directory column
- Find the Job Name that you are looking to refresh
- Press the Play Icon to commence the file refresh
- This will automatically commence the refresh
- Depending on the size of the job it could take anywhere from 10 minutes on a rough average up to 30 minutes for some larger files
- The job will update its status to 'Running' which once completed will return back to the green completed status.
