What does the Member module field "Is contactable" relate to?

Defining the field name "Is Contactable", which is found under the Member module.

The "Is Contactable" field filters the member data to only members that:

• have not requested to be removed from marketing communication.
  • For AP21 - if Privacy is not ticked
• have an email address
• and / or a street address
