Log in to the Insights Portal with your email and password. 1. If you have forgotten your password please see **[How to Reset Password](https://fundamentals.theretailscore.com/knowledge/how-to-reset-your-password?hsLang=en)** 2. Navigate to the P4P instructions under the ![](https://fundamentals.theretailscore.com/hubfs/image-png-Aug-28-2021-06-29-53-18-AM.png) icon once in the Insights Portal ![](https://fundamentals.theretailscore.com/hubfs/image-png-Feb-17-2022-11-17-45-75-PM.png) 3. Follow the outlined steps in the P4P Instructions and update your password where required. 1. Download the new ODC files 1. Once completed you should be all set up and ready to connect.  1.
