How does Product Pricing work in tRS?

In tRS there are a number of attributes and measures that rely on the pricing from the ERP. This article will outline how these work.

In the Product Table there should be the below attributes related to pricing in the Standard Cube.

  • Current Retail Price Incl GST
  • Original Retail Price Incl GST

There are also measures that rely on this eg

  • Full Price CSOH Units
  • Markdown CSOH Units

There can be variations of this eg NZD, USD but they all retrieve their information from the Price History tables. They also rely on the Price Scheme being configured eg

  • RRP
  • RRP AUD
  • RRP USD

If you have confirmed via a pivot that there are no values in the above fields you will need to do the following.

  • Raise a ticket asking the implementer to confirm that a Price Scheme has been configured for the Customer.
  • If not then get confirmation from the customer on what scheme they are using within the newly raised ticket.

Once the correct Price Scheme has been applied the prices will be fixed by the next daily load.
