Why are my PO Receipts not showing against the correct calendar period?
in AP21 Purchase Order module, the purchase orders are linked to the calendar by the purchase order due date.
As such the receipts fields in the purchase order module are also linked to the calendar by the due date. If the due date is not updated to the actual receipt date, then the resulting receipts by calendar time will not necessarily be accurate.
You can view Received values against the actual receipt date in the Stock module under the Stock Movements folder. (see screen shot below)
This is linked to Locations and Products
This cannot be viewed against fields in the Purchase Order Module such as the PO number.
