Current Stock Free Stock Current Free Stock Units - stock which is available to sell  
Location Fulfilling Location Location details the location where a sale was fulfilled, separate from where the sale originated.  
Originating Location Originating Location Details the Original Location that a Sale was generated which may be different from where the sale was fulfilled.   
Sales ASP Average Sell Price: the Average Sale Price per Unit Sold Sales Amount/Sales Qty
Sales ATV Average Transaction Value: Average Sales value for each Sales Transaction Sales Amount/Sales Transactions
Sales COGS Cost of goods sold (COGS) is the average standard cost value of goods sold during a defined calendar period.
Costs include all costs of purchase, costs of conversion and other costs that are incurred in bringing the inventories to their present location and condition. Costs of goods made by the businesses include material, labour, and allocated overheads.
 
Sales Demand Sale Demand Sale reports the sale at the time the sales order was placed  
Sales Discount Temporary Markdown applied to the Sale Transaction at POS - no change made to the price history  
Sales Fulfilled Sales reported at the point of order being fulfilled as opposed to (Demand) Sales which report at the point in time of the order being placed  
Sales Fulfilled Sales Fulfilled Sales reports the sale at the time the sales order was fulfilled  
Sales Full Price No discount or Permanent Markdown on the Sale Transactions  
Sales GM Gross Margin  
Sales GP Gross Profit (GP) $ is the difference between the Sales $ revenue and the Cost (COGS) of producing the product before deducting overheads, payroll, tax and interest. This can also be referred to as Gross Margin.
Calculation: Sales $ - COGS $
 
Sales Gross Gross Sales is the total Sales revenue in a defined calendar period which has NOT been adjusted for Total Discounts or COGS. However it does adjust for Returns.  
Sales GST Goods and Services Tax  
Sales Markdown Permanent Markdown applied to the Sale Transaction - where a markdown has been applied and flagged in price history  
Sales Net Returns A Net Return is the value of a docket number which is <0. Thereby taking into account any exchanges.  
Sales Option Style / colour level of a product  
Sales Permanent Discount where the Current RRP value is changed  
Sales Rate of Sale Rate of Sale is the average number of units sold per location  
Sales Return A Return is any negative Sales unit within a transaction  
Sales Sale Retail Sales: the aggregated measure of the sales of retail goods over a defined calendar period. The value is net of both sales and returns and takes into account any discounts applied to the products  
Sales Sell Thru Portion (%) of stock sold in the time period selected Sales / CSOH
Sales SKU Style / colour / size level of a product  
Sales Style Style level of a product  
Sales Temp Discount inclusive of POS or Promotional discount taken off the current RRP  
Sales True Discount or Total Discount Transactions with any sort of discount applied resulting in a difference between Gross $ and Sales $  
Sales True or Total Discount All Discounts Total value of all Discounts from the Original RRP (gross) value  
Sales UPT Units per Transaction Sales Qty/Sales Transactions
Sales Weeks Cover The average number of weeks the current closing stock will last at the average weekly sales rate in the time period selected.  CSOH / average weekly sales

various (All Stores) Measure result for All Stores regardless of any filters in order to benchmark the unique store or store hierarchy results against the total store or store hierarchy results  
various (Total) Measure result for Grand Total regardless of any filters  in order to benchmark the unique results against the Grand Total results  
various LFL Like for Like, refers to the measure results where Locations which have been defined as being comparable to Last Year. E.g. traded TY and LY for the reported Calendar Period  
various LLY Last Last Year (the year before last). Counts TY - 52 weeks - 52 weeks  
various LY Last Year compared to the Relative Period selected. Counts TY - 52 weeks
